Great Weekend for Historika 911's

We had a cracking weekend in Barcelona for the first round of the 2.0 Cup. The track action was incredibly close (but fair) all weekend with (as usual) an amazing atmosphere in the paddock.

It was the first race weekend for our latest slate grey FIA build. The car and owner and a great weekend with the car running faultlessly and climbing from 19th to 13th in the race.

As well as this our cars set the fastest times in qualifying putting them 1st and 2nd on the grid. During the race our 64 car had an intense three car battle for the lead before the pit stops. Then after the pit stops we were 2nd with a 10 second gap to close for 1st. We made up the gap and then proceeded to have a 10 lap fight for the lead with Olly making the pass on the penultimate lap to take the chequered flag ahead by 1.5 seconds. What a race it was!

A huge thanks to the whole team for their efforts and Olly and Andrew for top drives as per usual. Roll on Spa in May.
