Fully documented history

The 964 was introduced by Porsche in 1989 and the engineers said it was 85% redesigned compared to it’s predecessor the 3.2 Carrera. The Carrera RS version wasn’t introduced until 1992 and was heavily influenced by the 964 Cup cars that were built for the race track. This was the first Porsche in two decades to wear the iconic Rennsport badge that the 2.7 and 3.0 Carrera’s wore before. The idea was much the same, a Lightweight, track inspired car for driving enthusiasts to enjoy on the road.

This example was registered in Stuttgart on 03/07/1992 and has since had 5 owners and has 77,500 fully documented miles. In this time the car has always been well maintained with many notable Porsche centres and marque specialists in the service history.

The car is a matching numbers example finished in Maritime Blue with its original interior, including Recaro bucket seats, refurbished original Magnesium wheels with new Michelin Pilot Sport tyres, All Tools in Leather Roll, Compressor, Spare Wheel and 2 Keys. This RS will also be supplied with it’s Porsche Certificate of Authenticity, original Porsche Build Sheet, comprehensive service history, a current UK MOT, Original Wagenpass and Original Handbooks in original Leather Wallet
